Side Effects: At first diahorrea, then stomach pain. For the last 2 weeks I have been very constipated. I think I need b-complex hence I started taking b-complex 3 weeks ago. Hope it will help. Did anyone else experience constipation too? Please let me know. [From what I know constipation is atypical, but side effects manifest themselves differently in different people....GP]

Comments: I took about 40gms a day (it was costing me $50 a week!) [40gms a day is extremely high and not recommended...GP] and I honestly didn't notice any results for 2 months. Anyway, that was about a year ago and I've been taking 3gms a day since with good results. If I up the dose enough it (acne) goes away all together but I just can't afford it.

Side Effects: I was never extremely oily to start with. b5 made my skin SUPER dry but I was still breaking out. My skin was very red and irritated looking, no matter how gently I washed it. I also began to suffer from concentration problems, inability to sleep etc.
