Side Effects: Increased appetite but besides that nothing has happened. No side-effects even happened when I took 15 pills at once [not recommended....GP]. The only thing that has happened is I have smoother skin and less-inflamed acne.
Comments: Also taking 10,000 IU's of Vit. A and 30mg of Zinc [Note: taking large amounts of Zinc and Vit. A can be dangerous....GP]
