Bibliography

A Listing of Sources and Where They May Be Found

Compiled by Mr. Jenks and his Colleagues

This list is by no means exhaustive and only includes materials Mr. Jenks or one of his colleagues has reviewed. We do not recommend purchasing the books listed if they are available for loan in your local public or academic library unless you want to have a copy in your personal collection. We note where we have acquired the books listed for our own collections. We do recommend checking with your local book sellers before purchasing online as many offer these same editions.

There are numerous links for documents available as PDF files from respected sources for these materials. This list will take time to review and post here.

Print material produced by or on behalf of Mr. Madison and his colleagues for a specific program will be available for download as a PDF file from this site. These will be listed as they become available. The Book and Useful/Related Links lists are currently in no particular order.
