Retro project on 1980's 87AD NEC microprocessor. I always wanted experiment with this UC. I already wrote some code in assembler for similiar UPD7810 (HF-17244#2) and now I want to test on myself-made module.
Instruction set for 87AD is very complex and interesting (comparing to 1980s technology), hardware rather simple comparing to our times, speed is veeery sloooow, but I dont care about it. It can still performs many tasks even on 1 MIPS...
Assembly is on universal TPD52911 and is almost completed but currently I working on many other projects and HF-12211 was delayed.
For external memory HF-10064 interface is used, what is compatible with HF-6423 and similiar RAM Loaders.
Also some additional equipment is present on TPD52911#5:
74373 data/bus demux
4094 shift register
74138 demux
buzzer
on/off switch
reset switch
control LED
