This is a highly entertaining and engaging little flick based upon the popular novel by Bram Stoker. Christopher Lee stars as the Count and Peter Cushing stars as Dr. Van Helsing. While the look, sound, feel, and music of the film date it to the 1950s filmmaking style, it's still an entrancing effort. While watching this film, it seems to me that the 1979 version of Stephen King's Salem's Lot took a lot of its inspiration from this film.
