8.1 Critical Condition (2 of 2)

Bud, after being wounded badly, is in critical condition and might not make it. To stay at their friend's side, Mac and Harm disobey orders. Also, the SecNav is on trial for abuse of his position and not communicating with the intelligence departments.



8.2 Promised Land

A Jewish Marine deserts from the US Marines and goes to Israel to join the fighting there. When he is recovered, he faces a very strict sentence...perhaps even death. Harm and Mac work feverishly to create a defense, while Singer and Sturgis prosecute.



8.3 Family Business

Harm tries to defend a Marine Gunnery Sergeant who is accused of murdering his wife, but the facts begin to pile up against him. His only witness is the Sergeant's son, who the Sergeant has forbidden to testify. Meanwhile, Bud gets some setbacks during his therapy, and the JAG office says a fervent farewell to Lieutenant Loren Singer.



8.4 Dangerous Game

A new SecNav is sworn in, replacing Nelson after the disasterous investigation into some of Nelson's actions. Also, two Navy SEALs are involved in a high-speed chase with the local police, causing a policeman's death. Mac and Sturgis defend while Harm and the new addition to the JAG corps, a SecNav-recommended lawyer, Lieutenant Commander Tracy Manetti, prosecute. Bud goes home, but keeps feeling coddeled by his wife.

8.5 Into Thin Air

Harm is assigned to defend a technician accused of dereliction of duty leading to the death of a Radar Intercept Officer. Mac prosecutes hard, and Harm finds himself thrown off the case when the tech decides he is biased toward aviators. Sturgis takes over, but Harm can't seem to let go of the case.

A female pilot is accused of sexual harassment by a member of her crew, who actually claims she ruined his military future. Harm and Lieutenant Commander Manetti try to defend, but Mac and Sturgis seem to have an easy prosecution, until Harm discovers something interesting...

Harm, Mac, and Sturgis try to find out what really happened to a Navy submarine that went down during the Cold War. But, they hit roadblocks everywhere they turn, and no one seems to want to talk about it.

A Marine Brigadier-General disobeys orders, and Harm has to defend him, while Sturgis prosecutes. To make things difficult, Mac fills in as judge.

8.9 When the Bough Breaks

There's a disasterous flight deck accident onboard the USS Seahawk, and the resident JAG, Lieutenant Singer, advises an Article 32 hearing for seven crewmembers. Surprised by the number accused, Chegwidden sends Harm to see if there is any justification for the hearing, and sends Mac to investigate a more...personal matter.

Everywhere a certain US destroyer docks, there is a murder. Interpol fears that there is a serial killer on the destroyer. Harm and Manetti have only three days to find who did it, and they have no clues.

8.11 All Ye Faithful

A very happy, enjoyable Christmas Episode that contains everything from the Three Wise Men to Rudolph the Red-Nose Raindeer. Harm and former Admiral Thomas Boone are stuck on a carrier on Christmas Eve. Mac, Gunny, and Admiral Chegwidden try to help a Marine and his very pregnant wife while waiting for three diplomats to arrive. Bud and Harriet attempt to get food together for a party while dealing with pay problems and what seems to be food poisoning.

A Navy Lieutenant blows the whistle on an apparently serious flaw in some new Marine technology. Unfortunately, he doesn't use the proper channels accomplish this, so he gets court-martialed. Will he be willing to make a deal?

When Admiral Chegwidden accidentally ejects himself from the Tomcat he's flying in, he must survive a blizzard, wolves, and numerous other trials while rescuers are frantically searching for him.

One of a submarine's nuclear missiles is missing...and there is an entire crew of suspects. At the same time, Harm frantically tries to leave the locked-down base the sub is stationed at while his client's trial proceeds without him.

A US Marine born in Vietnam is accused of smuggling Vietnamese girls into the United States for sweatshop work. In addition, Commander Lindsey is put in charge of auditing JAG...

8.19 Second Acts

A petty officer courageously saves the day, but it turns out he supposedly died in the World Trade Center attack. Also, Commander Lindsey submits his audit to the SecNav. If the audit is approved, it could doom the careers of Admiral Chegwidden, Lt. Colonel Mackenzie, and Commander Rabb.

8.20 Ice Queen

A body of a pregnant JAG Lieutenant is found, causing quite a stir at JAG HQ. The Naval Criminal Investigative Service determines that Rabb is the most likely target, and he gets very defensive. Does he really have something to hide?
