A Cuban girl is left stranded in the Atlantic, prompting an American Navy Captain to take her to the US. Trying to avoid an international incident, Harm and Bud are forced to use all their diplomatic skills.

When a newly-upgraded Tomcat crashes, killing both pilots, Congresswoman Latham sponsers a Congressional hearing, even after Harm has deduced that both the Navy and the manufacturer were guilty.

After a teenager is killed by the wife of her lover, the wife, an ensign in the Navy, is brought to trial. She claims that it was self-defense, and Mac ends up prosecuting her in a case that is aired on television. To make things more interesting, the defense attorney is Mac's former law professor.



6.6 The Princess and the Petty Officer

A Petty Officer is accused of falsifying documents in order to bring an Arab Princess into the US. Harm has to defend him. Mac tries to defend the Princess in both a Muslim court and an Immigration court. Also, Harriet goes into early labor.



6.7 A Separate Peace(Part 1 of 2)

Admiral Boone is nominated for the command of the 6th Fleet. However, he is accused of war crimes at the Vietnamese village of Tan Dien so Harm and Mac investigate.

As Harm attempts to defend Admiral Boone and Mac prosecutes, more and more evidence against the Admiral is found.



6.9 Family Secrets

Bud sues Harriet's doctor for letting their baby die, and Harriet has to reveal a family secret. Meanwhile, Harm's half-brother is MIA. When Harm's request for time off to find his brother is refused, Harm must decide whether to resign his commission.



6.10 Touch and Go

Harm's old partner, Caitlin Pike, considers coming to JAG Headquarters just as information, about how the Admiral nominated for the position of Inspector General made advances toward her when he was her commanding officer, comes to light.



6.11 Baby, It's Cold Outside

A Marine veteran faces life in prison due to the three-strikes law. Harm tries to defend him and keep him a life sentence. Commander Lindsey, at the same time, tries to impress the Captain's review board in order to be promoted.



6.12 Collision Course

During war games, an American ship collides with a Turkish ship. Harm and Mac then have to face off in court against Admiral Chegwidden.



6.13 Miracles

A Marine Sergeant Major accused of killing his wife claims that he was led to her death site by a heavenly saint. Harm tries to convince the court that a miracle did occur, but they are skeptical.



6.14 Killer Instinct

When a seaman goes overboard in an apparent suicide, Harm and Bud investigate the possibility that he was murdered by a serial killer.



6.15 Iron Coffin
Guest Stars



A Russian sub explodes mysteriously, causing one of Harm's Russian friends to "borrow" Harm to help with the investigation. However, when the Russians start blaming the US for the disaster, Harm's job becomes a lot trickier. Meanwhile, Mac is sent to a submarine to find out why women are forbidden to serve on submarines.

When Gunny goes to New Mexico to retrieve a prisoner, he finds himself in the midst of an ambush.

A Marine claims to have been forced to help terrorists attempting to blow up US ship, but, as Harm and Mac investigate, evidence seems to suggest that she helped them voluntarily.



6.18 Liberty
Guest Stars



Bud's brother, Mikey, is in a bar fight which ends with a man dead. Harm and Bud try to defend him, although every bit of information seems to condemn him.



6.19 Salvation
Guest Stars



The Marine accused of killing his wife(see Miracles) was sent to jail, but another inmate claims to be receiving visions from the same saint that the Sgt. Major saw. Could this be the break Harm needs to be able to appeal?



6.20 To Walk on Wings
Guest Stars



After some Marines and members of Congress are injured while in an experimental helocopter/airplane, the Osprey, both the pilot, who was in charge of the mission, and the Osprey itself are accused of causing the injuries. Harm and Mac must assist a Congressional hearing.



6.21 Past Tense
Guest Stars



Harm's old girlfriend, Lt. Commander Jordan Parker, is found dead, apparently a suicide. Harm won't believe it, so he persues all possible alternatives, trying to find another explanation.



6.22 Lifeline
Guest Stars



Mac and Mic, now engaged, are having an engagement party. During the party, Mac, Harm, the Admiral, and the others reminisce over the last few years. Also, Harriet is promoted to full Lieutenant.



6.23 Mutiny
Guest Stars



As Mac, preparing to give a presentation on the mutiny and hangings on a US ship in 1842, tells the story to her fellow JAG officers, she begins to daydream about the story with members of JAG replacing the people involved.



6.24 Adrift(Part 1 of 2)
Guest Stars



Just before Mac and Mic's wedding, they receive word that Harm's Tomcat has gone down and Harm is missing.
