Lines

There are many different kinds of lines. The simplest line is a dot.   We think, plan, write and map in lines.  Here are some common lines:

Shapes

By joining lines together, you can make shapes.
Shapes are flat. Some shapes are geometric, such as squares, circles, triangles, rectangles, and ovals. Other shapes are organic or irregular.                                         
                                   

                

 

 

Forms

Objects have forms when they are three-dimensional�they will have height, width and thickness. When an object is flat is known as SHAPES; forms are not flat.
