Blood Drakekh
Blood Drakekh is an Artificial Discipline based upon the control of the Blood Element. Because of the intimate connection of the Blood Drakul with Blood and Vitae, the effects of this Discipline are usually more powerful than other blood-based Disciplines and rituals. But for the same reason, the Blood Drakul must spend more Vitae each night to remain active...
* : Blood Sense of the Night Dragon
With enough concentration (or casual use of Auspex), the Blood Drakul can ''feel'' the blood around him, and even get information from it.
System: Perception+Auspex, Diff: 6+.
The Blood Drakul can ''feel'' (this is not a smell sense,
consider it as a call of the blood to the blood) of anyone
around him. The difficulty is dependant of the distance,
and the number of the successes give additionnal information.
Note that analysing the blood of a creature who has some
of the Drakul's vitae in its system (including partially
or totally blood bonded creatures, and other Vinculum
effects...) is considered to have 2 additionnal automatic
successes.

** : Blood Claws of the Dragon
Most Claws are deadly because of the terrible damage they can inflige to others, but the Blood Claws are different, and in different way, perhaps, deadlier: The Blood Drakul can, by using a Blood Point, inject in the body of the victim a part of her Vitae, thus starting or reinforcing a Blood Bond, without the subject's consent or knowledge...
System: None / 1 Willpower Point & 1 Blood Point.
The Blood Drakul can now grow instantaneously
dangerous claws (Lethal Damage: Strength+1) without
any Blood Point expenditure. But the true power is
that if a nail or a claw, or the teeth of the
Blood Drakul actually pierce the skin of the subject,
the Blood Drakul can inject a small part of her own
Vitae in the body of the subject, thus possibly starting
a Blood Bond. This need the expenditure of a Willpower
Point and a Blood Point spent just after the
damage took place.
*** : Wings of the Blood Dragon
The Blood Drakul can now grow bat-like wings, sprouting from her back. These enable her to fly almost as well as Gargoyles.
System: 1 Blood Point.
This power actually is similar to Flight *** (see the Guide
to the Camarilla, p115).
**** : Blood Breath
The mighty Drake of legends can breath fire towards its enemies. The Blood Drakul actually inhale, draining the vitality of the blood all around them, effetively weakening mortals and Cainite alike.
System: Willpower Roll, difficulty 7.
If the Blood Drakul succeeds in the Willpower Roll, each
living being in the range (see below) loses one Blood
Point. Reducing the range by one category enable the Blood
Drakul to remove 1 additional Blood Point only to the
creatures in the reduced range (This is cumulative: Reducing
the range by 4 Categories removes 5 Blood Points from each
creatures.). If the Blood Drakul actually spends one temporary
Willpower point before the rolling the Dice, unliving
cratures (i.e.: Vampires) are also affected by this power
(which can be dangerous for the Blood Drakul, as it can
start or reinforce a Blood Bond). All the blood thus harvested
is mystically transfered to the Blood Pool of the Blood Drakul.
This means that aside an extatic smile on the lips of the
Blood Drakul and her victims, nothing seems strange to others.

***** : Blood Dragon Form
The Blood Drakul can now revert to her other natural form, that is the form of the Blood Dragon. Her draconian body length is equal to her humanoid height, as is the length of her draconian tail. Her neck plus her draconian head's length is equal to half her original height. The Dragon has claws and wings (as described in the powers above), and a blood-colored scale hide protects it from most damage.
System: 5 Blood Points.
The Claws and the Wings of the Drakul are considered
automatically extended when this power is in use.
The Blood Dragon have the following traits: Str+3,
Dex+2, Sta+3. She can also soak all Aggravated Damage
(but fire and sun) with her natural Stamina.
