Earth Drakekh
Earth Drakekh is an Artificial Discipline based upon the control of the Earth and Stone Elements. It is believed this control exists Because of the intimate connection of the Earth Drakul with the Koldun Path of Earth, as well as the Vitae of the Gargoyles which is very strong in Earth Drakul's Bloodline. But for the same reason, the Earth Drakul must spend more Vitae each night to remain active...
* : Stone Sense of the Night Dragon
This strange power is always active: The Stone Dragon can ''feel'' through stone, as a mortal can see through light, or hear through air vibrations. Within 3 meters, the Drakul can learn the architectural configuration of stone (i.e.: Can map this damned dungeon...), and with some concentration, can determine ''exceptions'' to stone: non-stone pression at one point could pinpoint a humanoid, a wooden bench, etc.. This power is useful to find parallel passageways, or hidden chambers.
System: Perception+Auspex, Diff: 6.
Each success add to the precision or double the
range. Note that one needs 3 success to ''feel'' something
other than stone or earth (i.e.: a mortal walking), and
5 successes to learn as much as if the Earth Drakul was
''there'' to see.
** : Clay Claws of the Dragon
Despite the straneg name, this power is quite effective: Under the touch of the Earth Drakul's claws, any stone material is considered clay, which enable the Earth Drakul to carve its haven in the densest of stone, to bring down stone fortifications as if it was earth, and heavily damage the Tremere's Gargoyles...
System: 1 Blood Point.
The Claws need one turn to grow, but when used to
''attack'' stone, consider the stone to be clay. This
enable the Earth Drakul to climb stone with a difficulty
decreased by 2. Against creatures, the Claws make
Aggravated Damage, but Gargoyles (and similar creatures),
will soak (if they can soak at all) the Damage with a
difficulty increased by two.
*** : Stone Dragon Armor
When the other Drakul grow wings, the Earth Drakul can grow a strange, stony armor constitued of stone plate and deadly looking spikes. This armor seems impervious to normal damage, and can indeed hurt anything which come too near...
System: 2 Blood Points.
By using 2 Blood Points, the Earth Drakul can grow in
at least one Turn the Stone Armor. This adds a bonus
Fortitude of 3 in addition to anything else. Futhermore,
anyone engaged in Melee who Botches a physical Dice Roll
(no matter the roll) will be considered to have been
too near, and will need to soak 3 Lethal Damage.
**** : Sand Breath
The Earth Dragon can expell a cloud of sand which will affect more stone structures than living (or unliving) creatures. Whole towers have been known to fall after some uses of this power at their base...
System: 3 Blood Points.
This power expells what seems to be a desert storm,
which does 2 Bashing Damage to anything caught in
the cloud (which has a diameter equal to the length
or height of the Drakul). But there is a side effect
to this: Each Breath can be used to target moving
aims (Dexterity+Archery), and does 3 Aggravated Damage
to Gargoyles caught within the cloud, and destroys
the equivalent of a 3 meter-sided cube of stone.
***** : Earth Dragon Form
The Earth Drakul can now revert to her other natural form, that is the form of the Earth Dragon. Her draconian body length is equal to her humanoid height, as is the length of her draconian tail. Her neck plus her draconian head's length is equal to half her original height. The Dragon has claws and armor (as described in the powers above), and a blood-colored scale hide protects it from most damage.
System: 5 Blood Points.
The Claws and the Armor of the Drakul are considered
automatically extended when this power is in use.
The Blood Dragon have the following traits: Str+3,
Dex+2, Sta+3 (not including the benefits of the Armor!).
She can also soak all Aggravated Damage (but fire
and sun) with her natural Stamina.
