How to Make Tribbles

For every kind of Tribble you will make, you need some sort of fake fur. We do not recommend skinning Tribbles, and remember to report any one who has skinned a Tribble to the Federation Humane Society. What we recommend is any sort of fake fur you can get your hands on. We find that short works well for small tribbles and long hair for larger Tribbles.

Making your Small Tribble

All you need is a small piece of fur (scraps from your large tribble making works great!) any where from 2cm by 4cm to 5 by 10. All you have to do is fold the fur down the middle, so it looks like a sqaure, with the fur on the inside( when it's folded, you don't want to feel the fur). Sew along two of the sides, then turn it inside out and stuff with cotton balls, or similar stuffing. Hand sew up the remaining edge, and voila, you have a Tribble.

Making your large Tribble

Needed
Fake Fur- any length, the longer the hair, the bigger the tribble
	Chalk
Sewing Machine (optional, can hand sew)
	Needle
Thread (best if same colour as fur)
Stuffing (for a really happy Tribble, use Quadrotriticale, but normal stuffing works
	fine)
	Pattern	Bristol Board
		Scissors
		Ruler
		Pencil/Pen

Pattern
Cut out a lower case t shape that will form a box when folded up, then add a 1 cm space
around the pattern for a seam when tracing it with chalk onto the fake fur. Cut out the
	fur pattern.

How To Make:
Sew the Pattern into an inside out box with the seams on the outside and the fur on the
	inside.
We found that it looks better if you make sure that as much fur as possible is inside
	the seam, not sticking out.
Remember to leave a space to turn the Tribble right side out.
	Stuff through hole.
Sew up hole with needle and thread.
Throw it at the nearest humanoid (Optional, choose your target carefuly. A Klingon
	would be a bad target.)
