To those who DO NOT QUALIFY FOR FULL RECOGNITION, but who adhere to
(some of) the principles we hold dear, the designation of "Kamarada"
("Comrade[-like]" in Esperanto) can be extended, providing that:
(1) the ruling documents (constitution, [listing of] decrees or policies, or
any other [such series of] document[s] which define the nation & its
etc.) can be seen by any visitor,
(2) None of these violate or contradict Our own Principles, and:
(3) No claims of territory exist from that nation which
compete with Our own (area of interest: which is from the Cascades
mountain range, to the Pacific Ocean in Northern California, USA)
nor with those of any of Our allies.
(4) Such "requirements" such as Civility, Stability, and Reconisability, are
still expected from any nation so desiring such designation. In fact:
it is hoped that such attributes are even more strongly displayed
A Kamarada is entitled to a permanent
link on Our Kamarada web page, help & assistance
of a micronational or technical support or advisory nature,
and TorHavn can be depended on to sponsor that Kamarada
into any organization which TorHavn also belongs to when asked.
Of course, the nation who has been admitted into Our
circle of "comrades" is expected to return the favor,
especially in the nature of a text or graphic link.
And, of course, should that nation's goals, purposes,
foreign policy, etc. come to follow lines that are (more)
in keeping with TorHavn's foreign policy requirements,
a granting of Mutual Recognition shall, of course,
ensue.
