Project Info

HF-6128 is used for various tentative projects and tests. Assembled on universal board can be easily modified. System is active but assembly is not ended yet, various hardware and software modifications are still made, so final shape is not known yet...

This system has the following features:

    Automatic motherboard recognision system

    Systems HF-6128 and HF-6169 are first systems where automatic recognision of main board by microprocessor module are introduced. Thus microprocessor modules HF-12268 and HF-12269 can read digital signatures from EEPROM (DRIVE2) of extension boards HF-60268 and HF-60269 and apply "BIOS" software specific to hardware on these boards. All is done of course under control of THOS-1 operating system. This system will be introduced also in other systems with multiple microprocessor modules and motherboards.
