DEFINITIONS:

JARL: Pack-Leader. May be male or female. Rules by consent [of the Pack] Makes decrees, which become Law if no one disputes them: (if no one says "nay").

PACK-LAW: The body of the Law. Made up of decrees, positions and policies. Anyone may suggest or propose a law.

The Realm of Lykosha is unique. It is because it follows ways that might have no parallel currently here on Earth. We "walk the way of the wolf," which means that our way of life is based on a mixture of wolfish ways and ancient warrior-based cultures.

ONE: The nation is our Pack. The words nation, Lykosha, and Pack are all the same: semantics are all that differ, for we are all members of the Pack.

TWO: The true purpose of Lykosha is to provide a forum and environment for those who "walk the way of the wolf," which is a fusion between the human paraphrase of wolfpack behaviour and the wolf-like facets of certain warrior-based cultures and people. These can include (but not be limited to): the Norse, Celts, the Scot-Irish, European Amazonian (myth), and certain Amerindian peoples.

THREE: To achieve this purpose, Lykosha will use politics, culture, language, ways of battle, laws, ideals, and whatever else a nation might use. We will do what we have to do, overall.

FOUR:  A  PREAMBLE:
Lykosha shall be founded on the principles found in wolf society, and the older ways of the Nordic peoples: those of the warrior, of honour, courtesy, ranking, survival and all that goes with it. the objective of Lykosha is to bring back an older time and place: only in this way shall the nation survive.

The strength of the wolf is the Pack; the strength of the Pack is the wolf. Only by joint strength shall the Pack survive.

Group before self before friend before strangers. The needs of the Pack outweigh the needs of the individual, but the needs of the packmember far outweigh the needs of the Outsider.

Laws are made to protect the group from the individual, and exist to create growth, discipline, culture, and pride. Any such Law which does not MUST be Challenged as to its integrity. The Pack which does not is dead already. The packmember who does not Challenge is no packmember, and must be driven from the Group.

Any other laws, passed after the Founding of Lykosha, shall be placed here. For the good of the nation, any citizen may approach the Jarl, His/Her Proxy, or the althing itself, to change these laws, if need be.
