Knights of this Order are entirely color blind, gender blind: who who fights for equal rights of all kinds ... especially in the arena of Gay, Lesbian, racial, & gender rights. This can be a lifelong pursuit, since it is clear from evidence that it is still necessary to do the right thing, until that fateful day when all may stand together without worry for their jobs, their rights & their lives.

Such Knights are entitled to have the initials "ORV" after their name, may use the title of Sir or Dame (depending on gender), and may wear a pin with a rainbow-hued mask on their left breast.
