Tender Pork Chops
1 cup flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 Tbl. sugar
1/3 cup plus 1 Tlb. shortening
2 to 3 Tbl. cold water

Combine flour, salt, sugar, and shortening. Blend until it forms small pea like crumbs. Add water 1 Tbl. at a time, until it forms a ball. No sticky dough. Put the dough in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. Roll dough between two pieces of plastic wrap. Fit into pie plate. Put into fridge for 20 minutes and 40 minutes in freezer. Bake at 475 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
