Tender Pork Chops
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 cup warm water (105-115 degree)
2 1/2 cups flour
2 Tbl. oil
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Toppings:
     pizza/spaghetti sauce
     mozzarella cheese, shredded
     favorite toppings.

Preparation:

     Dissolve yeast in water. Let sit covered until frothy. Stir in remaining ingredients. Let rise 1 to 1/2 hours covered, until double. Punch down, divide dough in 2, kneed 10 minutes, rise for 30 minutes, covered. Roll and pat  into 12" pizza. Transfer to a pizza pan. Add toppings.
     Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Spray a pizza pan with cooking spray.
     Bake for 7-10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and edges are browning. Be sure to keep an eye on it after 5 minutes.

Makes 2 12" pizzas
