Tender Pork Chops
Potatoes (you can use flakes, pearls, or the real thing)
Flakes or Pearls: make enough for 10-12 servings
Real spuds: 6-8 cooked and mashed
Cube spuds (peel if you like) and cook in a pot with water just covering potatoes, until tender. Drain, add 1/2 cup butter cubed, mash adding milk a 1/4 cup at a time until desired consistency.
1 lb. ground beef, browned, drained of fat
2 medium size cans tomato sauce
1 to 2 cans green beans (which ever is your desire), drained
4 oz. cheddar, shredded

Preparation:
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Using a 13x9 pan, mix beef, sauce, and green beans. Top with potatoes and then cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until bubbly around sides and cheese is melted and slightly brown.
