Tender Pork Chops
1 lb. macaroni (not cooked)
1 lb. ground beef, browned
8 oz. mozzarella, shredded
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz. cottage cheese
1 26 oz. jar of spaghetti sauce

Preparation:

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large casserole dish, layer starting with a 1/4 cup of sauce (enough to cover bottom of dish). Next, layer 1/3 of macaroni, mozzarella, cheddar, 1/2 of the cottage cheese,  beef, and 1/3 of the sauce, twice. Finish by topping with remaining sauce, mozzarella, and cheddar.
Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and cheese is melted and starting to brown slightly.

Serves 6-8. I came up with this when we wanted lasagna, but we were out of noodles. My kids and dh loved it. It is almost like the real thing, only with softer pasta. And it is so much easier to prepare than the regular way. I haven't made lasagna with noodles since.
