6 potatoes, peeled 6 eggs 3 apples, cored & peeled 1 small onion (optional), diced 2 celery stalks, diced 2 dill pickles, diced 4 sweet pickles, diced 1/3 cup reserved juice from dill & sweet pickle jars 1-2 cups Mayonnaise 1-2 cups Salad Dressing Preparation: Boil potatoes (whole) and eggs together until potatoes are tender. Allow to cool. Cube potatoes and eggs. Mix all ingredients. Add mayo and salad dressing until all is moist. We usually sprinkle with paprika so we can tell if someone has been sneaking a bite. Serves 8 to 10 |
